THE POSSESSION OF A TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN
UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.
1) All conditions on this ticket are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on correspondence or displayed on the premises. Check the website for updated information www.reggaevibefest.com .
2) In the event of a breach of this contract by the supplier, the supplier shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
3) The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if in the reasonable opinion of the promoter admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively . No illegal, dangerous or harmful substances are permitted, persons entering the site may be searched.
4) Camping is allowed at the site only in designated camping areas, camping is only permitted with a WEEKEND CAMPING TICKET. Any tents pitched out with this area, car parks or in unauthorised places in the local area will be removed. The camp site opens on Thursday 15th July at 18:00.
5) No camping is allowed in the car parks and no sleeping in vehicles is permitted within car parks. This includes campervans.
6) NO PASS OUTS WILL BE ISSUED. Please ensure you have everything you need as you will not be granted return admission.
7) Wristbands will be issued instead of tickets. Wristbands MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. Your name will be printed on your wristband, please ensure you have photographic I.D at all times within the venue. Random checks will be in place.
8) No alcohol is permitted to be taken into the arena and the only containers permitted shall carry non-alcoholic liquid in a collapsible container such as cardboard, foil or plastic containers able to carry no more than 1 litre of liquid.
9) In the event of inclement weather, please wear warm waterproof clothing.
10) No private sound systems will be permitted on site. These will be removed.
11) Please use bins provided, fires are not permitted in any area and will be extinguished. Dropping of litter is illegal. Anyone who does or is suspected of doing so will be charged by the police.
12) There are disabled facilities including viewing platforms for all stages. There is parking and disabled toilets throughout the site. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons, however please notify us if possible. When arriving at the venue please make contact with staff who will arrange for you to be taken to the viewing platform.
13) Persons lost in the arena should make contact with a uniformed member of staff or head to the nearest exit or welfare point. These will be clearly sign posted.
14) No animals will be permitted on site, except guide dogs or hearing dogs.
15) You must be 18 or over to attend this festival. If you are purchasing tickets for anyone who is under 18, they will be refused entry.
16) If you look under 21 please do not be offended if we ask for photographic I.D. Please be aware that a “Challenge 25” Proof of Age scheme will be operated. Anyone attempting to purchase alcohol (or other minimum 18 restricted product) or enter the event that appears under the age of 25 years will be asked for proof of age. Acceptable forms of identification will be a PASS-accredited proof of age card, photo driving licence or passport. Failure to product satisfactory proof of age will result in entry/sale being refused.
17) Official merchandise is available inside the venue, please do not purchase items from unofficial vendors.
18) No trading is allowed inside the venue without express written permission.
19) No tape or video recorders are allowed inside the venue. This includes photographic equipment and laser pens.
20) Whilst ever effort is made to ensure the full advertised bill performs the ticket is for the event and not a specific artiste/band.
21) In the event of a cancellation, our responsibility is to refund the face value of the ticket only.
22) Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued. Keep your ticket safe.
23) Vehicles not cleared of the car park by 12:00 on Monday 19th July will be towed.
24) Please note there are restricted capacities for the marquee area and we do not guarantee entry at any time.
25) It is against the law to smoke in enclosed areas. Please follow signs in the venue for smoking areas.
26) ALL DAMAGED WRISTBANDS ARE NULL AND VOID.
27) TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR HEARING. CCTV IMAGES WILL BE RECORDED THROUGHOUT THE SITE TO ENSURE PUBLIC AND STAFF SAFETY.
