Important Camping Notice

1. Only weekend tickets include beach camping.
2. One day tickets holders will NOT be allowed to camp at any time.
3. Access to the beach will be available from 10am on Friday the 16th July, NO access will be permitted before this time.
4. You must supply your own tent and pegs.
5. RVBF hopes to acquire a tent company to facilitate with accessories you may need.
6. Our staff will also be available to help out.
7. There will be rubbish bins circulated around the camping site so we ask you to please be "GREEN" and put all unwanted items into these bins.
8. We ask you to be environmentally friendly and pick up any litter that is lying around so that it does not go into the sea and harm the marine life.
9. Toilets and showers will be available and will be sanitised regularly by our staff.
10. RVBF also asks that you be responsible and DO NOT go swimming at night.  If you are caught you will be ejected from the festival immediately. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS.
11. Police, Fire, Medics & the Red Cross will be on hand 24/4 along with festival security to keep the area safe.
12. Any person caught entering another persons tent without their authority will be expeditiously removed from the site and dealt with by the Police.
13. RVBF ask that you keep the noise down to a low level and respect your camping neighbours, and also the sleeping public adjacent to the site.
14. Lockers will be available at the festival; these boxes will incur a small fee. This system is privately owned and operated.
15. NO camp fires or any other fire apparatus will be allowed in the camp site area.  Any fire apparatus brought in by unauthorised personnel will be reclaimed by Security.
16. NO drugs of ANY description will be tolerated, other than for medical reasons ONLY. You must have a doctor's certificate of proof.
17. Unlawful use of prohibited drugs will result in the user being ejected from the festival and dealt with by the Police.
18. If you have a medical condition, we ask you to please report to our medical team so that they can be alerted to your condition should you require urgent attention.
19. If you are aware of anything suspicious, please report it immediately to security or any staff member.
20. Fresh water stand pipes will be positioned around the festival site.
21. NO radios or CD players are permitted into the festival areas.
22. We want all festival people to have a great time, we are not here to burden you with "Big Brother" tactics.  However, in order for these events to go ahead for your enjoyment, we must abide by the laws of the land by which we are governed.
